Fitness in Chamonix![]() Our focus is on sharing our passion for sport and fitness in Chamonix - with everyone. We're lucky enough to live in a crazy, beautiful, mountain town that's home to some of the world's most 'extreme' athletes. We're surrounded by elite skiers, runners, and top level training camps. Some of our work is with people who hold world records, represent their country, run 160km ultramarathons and tackle 5 day ski touring races. Sport is the backbone and main source of income in Chamonix, and it is an incredible training ground for athletes. BUT. Big BUT. While all that's absolutely amazing, it's also not real life! With all this extreme sport activity around, it's pretty easy for 'mere mortals' (99% of the population) to lose track of what is normal in this town. Chamonix is not just for the elite and the extreme, and sport here needn't be daunting. Choosing to live here or visit Chamonix doesn't mean we all want to be 'living on the edge', performing at the top of the game, or pushing our physical limits. What it does mean is that, whatever level of sport and fitness we're at, we're lucky enough to be surrounded by inspirational people and an inspirational environment. Our goal is to share what we love about being here, and help you focus on getting into the best possible shape to enjoy the mountains - at any level!

Most importantly, we want you to learn from your training sessions. While our priority is helping you achieve your fitness and health goals in an enjoyable way, we also believe in hard work and in taking a focused 'scientific' approach to training ... backed up with flexibility and fun! We encourage you to exercise harder and better. We teach you to train smarter and to recover stronger. We strive for balance, variety, education, progression and enjoyment. Our aim is to support and guide you to a new level of technique and performance, and we’re here at every step. But the hardest work – and the biggest rewards - are down to you!
Our Personal Trainer Service![]() We provide a professional, informed - and friendly - fitness service, to help you reach your goals: whether it's to beat your PB in a race, lose weight and tone up, relax and rediscover your enjoyment of exercise, or recover well from an injury or illness. We bring our own personality to our training style, but we're also guided by you. However relaxed and flexible our approach, we always insist on correct technique, and we’re never lazy - you’ll definitely know you’ve worked hard. Our approach is to work alongside you and encourage you to push yourself. But the ultimate drive comes from you - it's not bootcamp!

Finding the Balance in Chamonix![]() We live in a world that's often hectic and stressful, and the last thing we want is for your fitness / therapy programme to add to the strain. Improving or mainintaining your fitness may be hard work, but we believe it should also be a pleasure! Whether you're a professional athlete under pressure to perform, a keen amateur juggling exercise and daily life, or a busy mum battling to fit it all in: our aim is to create balanced fitness plans that you can (and want to!) make time to do. Exercise and improved fitness bring so many physical, emotional and health benefits, but training is often the first thing to go when other responsibilities kick in.
